Candlelight Farms Stables is a complete hidden getaway, only an hour and a half from New York City. The farm is  ontop of Candlewood Mountain Road in New Milford, CT covering over 600 acres of beautiful scenery and landscapes. Whether you come to use the Inn or want to enjoy our beautiful friend -the horse, Candlelight can cater to all of your needs.

It's easy to get swept away with all the possibilities offered at Candlelight; from lessons to leasing, or to a relaxing trail ride to competing in one of our shows, you have the power to decide what you want your goals to be and let us help you get there!

 

As well as offering our own horses to learn off of, trailer-ins are welcome if you'd like to use our facility for either our trail riding, cross country schooling, or ring use. Lessons can be taught by our intructors or one of your own as long as they are insured. See our "Services" page for further details.
